The Florida Museum for Women Artists is now open! Read more about our Ribbon Cutting. On exhibit: The Inaugural Exhibition, a juried show with artist from across the state. Mark your calendars for Dorothy Gillespie, our first major solo exhibition. Gillespie’s two and three dimensional work will vividly transform the Museum through her spirals of colorful steel and aluminum. Membership Preview Reception will be held on Feb 19, 7:30pm – 9:30pm. A free public opening will take place on Saturday, February 20h from 11am -7pm.

The Florida Museum for Women Artists will be opening its door this month! The Inaugural Exhibition is a juried show with artist from across the state. On the exhibition, David C. Swoyer, Museum Services Consultant and NovaFolio Gallery Owner says, “This exhibition will make the visitor fully aware of the great expressive strength in the art by contemporary Florida women artists.”
